Recently, Bruno Duarte and Thomas Wright, two engineers from Intelligent Finishing Systems (IFS) visited the Horizon. They received technical service training both at the World Support Center in Kyoto, and Horizon Innovation Park in Biwako factory.
They also share experience and thoughts on their first trip to Japan, as well as the interesting company culture of IFS!
